Shipping and Returns


Standard Shipping is First Class and is mailed via USPS (Post Office) from our warehouse located in Bethlehem, PA USA. All packages will include tracking numbers. *International Orders: If you want to track your shipping you must choose Priority International or Priority Express International. If you choose First Class International you are unable to track where and when you will receive your package and we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once that have been shipped through USPS unless you contact us to buy insurance. Orders received Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM EST will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders received Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1-2 business days.


To better serve our customers the shipping cost are calculated by weight. Most of our products are below a pound which makes shipping cheaper. Before submitting payment information, your shopping cart will calculate your shipping cost based on the shipping addressed provided.


The standard production time is 15 business days. This production time is FREE. Please keep that in mind when choosing your shipping method. Choosing a faster shipping method will NOT speed up production time. And choosing a faster production time will NOT speed up shipping. The shipping method will only take into affect after your item has been produced. If you would like a faster production time please choose from the options on the page when choosing your time. If the custom jewelry piece does not have the option ti choose production times, it means that is it not offered for that piece. Besides the FREE 15 day standard production you can choose to have a production time of 10 days which will be an additional $9.95 or 7 days which would be an additional $18.95.


If you are using your PayPal account to place your order, we will ship to the address that you provide us during checkout, NOT your PayPal address. If your package has already been marked as shipped and you would like us to change the address please complete a Shipment Interception form. There will be a $10.00 charge to reroute any packages that have already left our warehouse. We can NOT guarantee that USPS will be able to reroute your package to the new address or that you will receive your package at the same estimated time. Once the rerouting fee is paid, it is NON REFUNDABLE.

For the orders shipped to Pennsylvania, we are obligated to charge 6% sales tax.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.


All products have been inspected prior to shipping and securely package to assure our customer that during shipping, products will not be damaged. Detailed information for products are listed below and also extra information is provided for some products if that particular information can not be detailed in the display picture.

Therefore all sales are final. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and unworn.


During the switch to our new server, some of our products were coded incorrectly on our website. The quantity of a few items was incorrect. We have correct majority of the items that were coded incorrectly, unfortunately there may still be 1 or 2 that hasnt been caught. If your item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given the option of store credit and a 10% off coupon, or a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we correct this error.


Canceled orders will be provided STORE CREDIT ONLY and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom Jewelry orders CANNOT be canceled once you have placed your order.


If your package is “undeliverable” we will issue you store credit for the full amount of the items purchased (minus the shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website. If you suspect that your order cannot be delivered, and you have not received confirmation of its return or a credit, please contact us.
