What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards; VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please keep in mind you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can still use your credit card through our PayPal checkout system.

How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed. Please verify that shipping information is correct in your email. We will ship your order when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card.

How can I check the status of my order?
If you have set up an account with us, in order to check the status of your order you must Log In your account on our website > Click Manage Your Account > Under ‘History’ Click on your order number.

If you did not set up an account with us, you are only able to track your account once it has been shipped. Once it has been shipped you will recieve an email with tracking information. Please allow USPS 24-48 business hours to update their website with your tracking information.

I already placed my order but my shipping address is incorrect?
If you have not received an email informing you that your package has been shipped, please email us at

If your package has already been shipped you must complete the Shipment Interception form. **Package Interception is NOT available for International orders.

What if I ordered custom jewelry along with non custom jewelry, when does my order ship?

Your order will ship once your custom jewelry is finish production. If you would like to receive the orders seperately please contact us. There will be an additional fee for orders shipping separately.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All products have been inspected prior to shipping and securely package to assure our customer that during shipping, products will not be damaged. Detailed information for products are listed below and also extra information is provided for some products if that particular information can not be detailed in the display picture.

Therefore all sales are final. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and unworn.

What if I have questions about the products offered online?
You can chat with a representative online with our live chat system. It is located in the bottom right corner of our website. If we are offline you may still contact us through that same system and an email will be sent to us where we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination. GlamFab2x2 makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged when your order is placed.

Can I apply a discount or promotional code to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
Your GlamFab2x2 jewelry is allergic to hair spray, perfume and lotion so to avoid an allergic reaction of tarnish, put your jewelry on after you use these products. It does not know how to swim. So take it off before you shower or get into a pool. Also, avoid leaving it in moist bathrooms or any pool of water.

I really love your jewelry but I am allergic to costume jewelry, is there anything that will not break me out?
You can purchase our GlamFab2x2 Care Kit. It includes; 1 Bottle of Jewelry Protectant, which will protect your sensitive skin from rashes or breakouts from costume jewelry metal. It will also help to extend the life of your jewelry.
